<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal apparatus that prevents trouble with a fall even without using a chassis, and is suitable for being lightweight and compact. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The mobile terminal apparatus includes a circuit board 36 disposed within a lower case, a battery pack 6 having an approximate box shape and being abutted to one side of the circuit board 36, and a frame-shaped member 5 disposed on another side, of the circuit board 36, opposite to the one side to which the battery pack 6 is abutted. Furthermore, the frame-shaped member 5 includes line-shaped leg parts 5A disposed correspondingly to two sides (AB, AD), crossing each other, in four sides constituting an outer form of the battery pack 6, and other line-shaped leg parts 5A corresponding to other two sides (BC, CD), crossing the two sides (AB, AD), of a battery crossing at a diagonal point C point-symmetric with a point A in a corner of the battery.
