<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission line structure that reduces crosstalks among signal lines, eliminates the need for a matching termination circuit, and solves the problems associated with EMC and signal integrity of a digital circuit and a switching circuit. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In Fig.4, a loss line component comprises a loss line comprising an insulating substrate 15, metal foils 16 and 18, and a solid electrolytic layer 17 that a separator is impregnated with; a signal terminal foil 23; and a ground terminal portion 24, wherein the loss line is sealed with a coating resin, and a signal terminal portion 27 and a ground terminal portion 24 are bent to respective opposite-surface sides, along a surface of the coating resin to form a signal terminal and a ground terminal. The loss line component is inserted, in series with a transmission end side of a digital signal line to reduce crosstalks among signal lines, the need for the matching termination circuit is eliminated, and the EMC and signal integrity are obtained.
