摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillator device can prevent it from being adversely affected by jitter of an oscillating system and detect resonance frequency of the oscillating system accurately and to provide devices using this oscillator device and a resonance frequency detection method. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This oscillator device includes the oscillating system, a driving means for driving the oscillating system based on driving signals, a detecting means 110 for detecting an oscillating condition of an oscillating body 104, a frequency characteristic storing means, and a resonance frequency detecting means. The oscillating system includes at least one oscillating body 104 and an elastic supporting part such as a torsion spring supporting the oscillating body 104 oscillatably. The frequency characteristic storing means stores the data of frequency characteristics of a maximum displacement angle based on the maximum displacement angles of the oscillating body 104 detected by the detecting means 110 and corresponding to a plurality of driving frequencies, respectively. The resonance frequency detecting means obtains the resonance frequency of the oscillating system having the oscillating body 104 by fitting to the data of the frequency characteristics of the maximum displacement angle stored in the frequency characteristic storing means, using a least squares method.
