<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wave absorbing duct that can absorb a wide band of a radio wave without impeding an airflow in the duct, and a structure having the duct. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A wave absorbing member 56 with wide band wave absorbing capability disposed in the conductive wave absorbing duct 50 at a constant distance from duct walls can absorb each radio wave passing by multiple reflection in the duct to absorb a wide band of a radio wave. With the constant distance between the wave absorbing member and the duct walls which implements the absorption of radio waves P of only specific frequencies, changes in the angle of incidence by curvatures of the duct and multiple reflection in the duct involving scattering can implement the absorption of a wide band of a radio wave P intruding in the wave absorbing duct 50 on the basis of a property that the absorption frequencies depend on the angle of incidence.
