PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game medium-conveying device which can be installed in a minimum height-direction space even when the device is made adaptive to game islands in various layouts, and which unnecessitates much labor and time when installed. SOLUTION: The game medium-conveying device 14 to be used for the game island includes: a plurality of conveyors 21a, 21b serially aligned along the extending direction of the game island; and a lifter conveyor 22 arranged between the respective conveyors 21a, 21b. The plurality of conveyors 21a, 21b horizontally convey the game media each at the same height position. The lifter conveyor 22 is obtained by training a belt with crosspieces aslope and lifts the game media received from the conveyor 21a on the upstream side of the conveying direction, and passes the game media to the conveyor 21b on the downstream side of the conveying direction.
