The objective of the present invention is to provide an antenna apparatus for improving the specific absorption rate (SAR) that does not degrade antenna performance and can be applied jointly to different antenna modules. To achieve the above objective, the present invention provides an antenna apparatus for improving the specific absorption rate that is a built-in antenna and that comprises: a ground; a load dispatching terminal that delivers a load dispatching signal; an emission element having one side electrically connected to said load dispatching terminal and the other side extended in parallel to said ground so as to emit a radio signal; an antenna carrier that supports said emission element; a conduction plate that is formed adjacent to the bottom of said antenna carrier; and a connection part that induces a short between said conduction plate and said ground.
