<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor device capable of reducing the influence of a disturbance noise. <P>SOLUTION: In the sensor device, a first gyrosensor 10 and a second gyrosensor 20 have the same structure and each of the gyrosensors 10, 20 are disposed on the z axis. Also, when an angular velocity is applied to each of the first gyrosensor 10 and the second gyrosensor 20, a movable detection electrode 13 of the first gyrosensor 10 and a movable detection electrode 23 of the second gyrosensor 20 are displaced in the opposite direction in the y axis direction.
