<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide various kinds of transactions for preventing access from those other than a user having an authorized access right to a confidential area. <P>SOLUTION: The information managing device has: an access table management means 10 for generating, editing, and deleting an access table; a user information management means 12 for generating, editing, and deleting user information; a confidential area management means 20 for generating a confidential area for storing confidential information; an access list management means 21 for generating, editing, and deleting an access list based on access table information and user information and setting an access right to the confidential area based on the access list; a confidential area prohibition means 11 for prohibiting access to the confidential area and access list from those other than users listed in the access list after setting an access right to the confidential area; and a storage means 3 for generating a confidential area and storing the access table, user information, and access list. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
