<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce time until an actual number of revolutions of an internal combustion engine reaches a target number of revolutions in a manual shift mode in the case a shift stage is changed in the manual shift mode in a hybrid drive apparatus including an internal combustion engine, a motor, and an electricity storage device. <P>SOLUTION: A hybrid drive apparatus 100 includes an internal combustion engine 22, a first motor 21, a second motor 23, and a battery 50, and is controlled by a main ECU 70.
