PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wet treatment system quickly and easily decomposing or the like the subjects such as waste, including slightly soluble proteins such as jellyfish protein, by consuming physicochemical energies such as pressure, chemicals, high temperature and the like as little as possible, and easy in relocation, maintenance management and the like. SOLUTION: The wet treatment system (jellyfish decomposing system) comprises at least a first treatment vessel (decomposing vessel 1 and partition vessel 2) receiving subjects to be treated (jellyfish protein) and processing them in contact with a flown-in liquid material (jellyfish decomposing composition), and a first liquid material transfer means (siphon tube 3) which transfers the liquid material in the decomposing vessel 1 outside when the liquid material flowed in the decomposing vessel 1 reaches a predetermined amount, and preferably has a second treatment vessel (circulation and heating vessel 5) receiving and processing the liquid material transferred outside with the siphon tube 3, and a second liquid transfer means (piping) for transferring the liquid material in the circulation and heating vessel 5 into the decomposition vessel 1.
