<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack device with a voltage detecting wire, can reliably waterproof the wire together with a terminal by a simple structure. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The battery pack device includes a plurality of battery modules 10 in which a plurality of batteries 11A and 11B are arranged; a bus bar plate 6 having through-holes 6d through which terminals 15A and 15B of the battery module 10 pass; a bus bar 7 connecting the terminal 15A of one battery module 10 to the terminal of the other battery module; an annular first seal part 41 provided between the bus bar plate 6 and the battery module 10 to collectively surround the plurality of terminals of the battery module 10; and flexible substrates 30A and 30B drawn out between the adjacent batteries 11A and 11B of the battery module 10 and passing through the bus bar plate 6 via the inside of the first seal part 41.
