<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regulator apparatus for suppressing occurrence of overshoot not only when an input voltage is raised but also when recovering from a voltage drop state due to an overcurrent or grounding to a normal state, and to provide an electronic apparatus provided with the regulator apparatus. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The regulator apparatus includes: a reference voltage generation unit 13 for generating a reference voltage on the basis of an input voltage; a divided voltage generation unit 14 for generating a divided voltage obtained by dividing an output voltage; an RC filter circuit unit 15; an error amplifier 22 for receiving the voltage of a capacitor Cf in the RC filter circuit unit 15 and the voltage generated by the divided voltage generation unit 14; a voltage conversion unit 16 for converting the input voltage into a voltage having predetermined voltage value according to an output from the error amplifier 22 and applying the converted voltage to an output unit 12; and a voltage adjustment unit 17 for decreasing the voltage of the capacitor Cf in the RC filter circuit unit 15 when the voltage of the output unit 12 drops.
