<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas compressor capable of reducing push-out force to be applied to oil discharged from an opening of an oil discharge hole on an oil reservoir side thereof in comparison with pressing force, which is applied to the oil stored in a bottom part of an inner space inside an oil separator from a gas swirling in the inner space. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This gas compressor 10 comprises a compressor body and an oil separator 60 for centrifugally separating oil R from compressed gas G in a housing. The oil separator 60 is formed with an oil discharge hole 61d for discharging oil R, which is flowed down onto a bottom wall surface 61c, to an oil reservoir 36. The oil discharge hole 61d is set so that an opening 61f on an oil reservoir 36 side is formed smaller than an opening 61e on an inner space 63 side, and area of the opening 61f is set equal to or less than an area of a cross section crossing the discharging direction at a position on the inner space 63 side thereof.
