<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging box having an easily disposable function that has satisfactory appearance, maintains the strength of a box body, and can be disposed of by its being folded by a simple operation after use. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The box is formed of a box forming piece 12 integrally punched out from a single blank sheet. The box has side faces 14, 16, 18, and 20 continuous with one another, and an inside bottom lid piece 38, which is continuous with the side face 14 via a folding score 40 and used to close an opening part defined by the sides 14, 16, 18, and 20 when the box is assembled from the box forming piece 12. The box also has an outside bottom lid piece 58 continuous, via a folding score 60, with the side 18 located approximately parallel to the side 14 provided with the inside bottom lid piece 38, and glued to the surface of the inside bottom lid piece 38. The outer bottom lid piece 58 has a glue portion 58a for the inside bottom lid piece 38, near its leading end opposite the side face 18 continuous with it.
