A pressure compensation device (3) for compensating the air pressure inside and outside the body is mounted on the outlet conduit, said pressure compensation device comprising an outlet device mounted at the end of the outlet conduit and an air inlet device (35) in the vicinity of the end of the outlet conduit. Said outlet device does not store the water generated during the defrost cycle and at the same time prevents air from the exterior from entering the outlet conduit.
