<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a practical nondestructive inspection device capable of establishing an analysis method for a target, and making accuracy compatible with the speed. <P>SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a data-receiving means 61 for receiving time-series reflected wave data D, acquired by irradiating an electromagnetic wave to a concrete structure which is an inspection object; a reflected wave separation means 62 for separating the reflected wave data D into a plurality of fundamental reflected waves, by performing pattern matching between the received reflected wave data D; a predicted signal waveform combined linearly, by time-shifting the plurality of fundamental reflected waves based on a hypothesis, where one or a plurality of analysis modules 63 classified by target for calculating a prescribed test value relative to an inspection item from numerical data, such as propagation time or a linear combination coefficients, based on the fundamental reflected wave related to a specific inspection item among the fundamental reflected waves separated by the reflected wave separation means 62; and a setting input means 64 for receiving setting, input, or the like, of the inspection item.
