<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiological image conversion panel that prevents corrosion of a substrate, even if a phosphor layer is constituted by a material having a property of corroding the substrate for example, has high adhesion to a polyparaxylene film and the phosphor layer, prevents peeling of the phosphor layer for a long time, and has high durability. <P>SOLUTION: This radiological image conversion panel comprises the substrate whose at least the surface is constituted by metal or alloy, the polyparaxylene film formed on the surface of the substrate, an oxide film formed on the surface of the polyparaxylene film, and the phosphor layer formed on the surface of the oxide film. The polyparaxylene film is constituted by polyparaxylene containing fluorine, and the ratio between oxygen amount and fluorine amount on the surface of the polyparaxylene film is 0.15-2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
