<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more surely notify an opposite-side telephone set of a business telephone number as a caller telephone number without originating a call while adding a predetermined number before an opposite-side telephone number. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a communication control apparatus 14, including: a call origination request accepting means 41 for accepting from a first communication terminal 11 a call origination request to a second communication terminal 17 and acquiring from a user information storage means 18 a business telephone number of the first communication terminal 11; and a communication control means 42 for transmitting a calling request to the first communication terminal 11 and the second communication terminal 17 and transmitting the calling request again to the first communication terminal 11 to switch a connection destination of the first communication terminal 11 to the second communication terminal 17, wherein when transmitting the calling request to the second communication terminal 17, the communication control means 42 transmits to the second communication terminal 17, the business telephone number as a caller telephone number.
