<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To individually adjust a cooling capacity of each evaporator in a refrigerating device in which the evaporators are connected to suction ports which are different in suction pressure so that refrigerating cycles of different evaporation pressures can be performed in the evaporators. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A refrigerant circuit 11 includes a heat exchanging means 51 exchanging heat between a high-pressure liquid refrigerant flowing in liquid-side piping 15 and a refrigerant divided from the liquid-side piping 15. Distribution amounts to a first inlet pipe 53 and a second inlet pipe 54 of the refrigerant evaporated by the heat exchanging means 51 are adjustable by a flow rate adjusting mechanism SV.
