PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine which can simplify the control concerning the mode transition. SOLUTION: When a Pachinko game ball 7 enters into a start winning opening 10 while the first special direction mode is on, a mode random number value is acquired after a lottery at the winning lottery section 31d. A mode transition determination section 42 determines if the mode changes over or the mode continues on. When the mode continuation is determined, a direction random number value acquisition section 43 acquires the random number value for direction. The direction random number value acquisition section 43 sends the acquired direction random number value to a direction lottery section 44. When the mode transition is judged, a mode random number value acquisition section 41 decides to use the acquired random number value as the direction random number value and sends it to the direction lottery section 44. The direction lottery section 44 compares the random number value which has been sent and the direction lottery table 47, draws by the lottery the direction data, and then draws by the lottery the direction data for the mode which performs the direction from among the direction data thus chosen by the lottery.
