<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet serving as a headgear or container by the use of a technique of changing a plane into a three-dimensional body, in view of the fact that, although a sheet may be put on the head instead of a headgear or may package object(s), it may be forced to fly away by the wind or object(s) packaged therewith may be dropped off, therefore having been inconvenient. Ž<P>SOLUTION: With the central part of such a portion of a planar sheet as to intend to make a three-dimensional body as the bottom, a plurality of notches are provided concentrically from the bottom's center toward the outer circumference of the sheet. The spaces among the notches are served as strips, the outer circumference of the sheet where no notches are provided serving as blanks.
