<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink jet type recording device preventing the trouble of head scraping due to the curling of a recorded material when the recorded material is left on the placement face for a long time. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The ink jet type recording device includes a recorded material feeder 4, and a recording executing device 15 using an ink jet type recording head 16 for executing recording on the recorded material P fed from the side of the feeder 4, the feeder 4 having a shape leading part 41 for imposing force on the recorded material P placed on the placement face 7 to lead the recorded material into a predetermined shape.
