摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active matrix display apparatus with touch sensing function which has a high aperture ratio. <P>SOLUTION: The active matrix display apparatus with touch sensing function includes: pixel parts where pixel cells (PX) are arrayed as a matrix, respectively positioned at intersections of source lines (SL) of respective columns and gate lines (GL1, GL2) of respective rows, each pixel having a liquid crystal element between a drain of the thin film transistor (TFT11, TFT21) and a common electrode line (CE), wherein sources of the thin film transistors are coupled to the source lines and gates thereof are coupled to the gate lines; and a touch sense switch part (SW) having two touch sensing transistors (TFT22, TFT12) coupled in series and a mechanical switch (S) shared by two adjacent pixel cell columns, coupled between the source line of the column and the common line, wherein the gates are coupled to the respective gate lines of the adjacent pixel cells between the two adjacent pixel cells of the same column. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p>
