PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bistable electrophoretic dispersion solution which achieves stable electrophoretic mobility and stable stopping condition, and to provide an image display medium using the same and an image display device. SOLUTION: The electrophoretic dispersion solution contains a nonpolar solvent and plural kinds of electrophoretic particles.
