<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power converter which can suppress common mode noise in a simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: A motor controller 1 includes a power converter circuit 11 composed of IGBTs (high-potential side switching elements) 110 to 115 and capacitors C1 to C12. The capacitors C1 to C12 are constituted of the electrodes of the IGBTs 110 to 115, a cooler and an insulating member. One ends of the capacitors C1 to C12 are connected to the collector terminals and the emitter terminals of the IGBTs 110 to 115. The other ends of the capacitors C1, C4, C5, C8, C9, C12 are connected to each other. The other ends of the capacitors C2, C3, C6, C7, C10, C11 are connected to each other and are grounded on a vehicle body. Thereby part of noises generated at the IGBTs 110 to 115 can be prevented from being bypassed to the vehicle body to suppress the amount of noises bypassed to the vehicle body lower than ever before.
