<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal panel which prevents bubbles from being generated in a liquid crystal layer, and to provide a display device using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid crystal panel includes; a first substrate 10 and a second substrate 20 which are arranged facing each other; a liquid crystal layer LC which is fed and sealed between the first and second substrates 10 and 20; and a columnar spacer 30 which is held between the substrates 10 and 20. In this case, resin layers such as a color filter layer 13 and an overcoat layer 23 are provided on the liquid crystal layer LC side at least either on the first substrate 10 or on the second substrate 20, and inorganic material layers such as an inorganic insulating film 14, a pixel electrode 15 and a common electrode 25 are provided on the upper part of the resin layers. Apertures 14a and 15a which expose the resin layers 13 and 23 are provided in the inorganic material layers 14, 15 and 25.
