<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact gas dilution device having high vibration resistance. <P>SOLUTION: In this embodiment, a partition plate 30 is rectangular and a rectangular window 31 through which a gas passes is formed in one end. The partition plate 30 is a clad sheet structure formed by superposing a second plate 34 on a first plate 33. A protrusion 35 is integrally formed by superposing and press molding together two or more thin plates.
