PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for culturing fishes or shellfishes, which can supply water from the lower side of a culture aquarium to the culture aquarium. SOLUTION: The system 1 for culturing fishes or shellfishes includes a water-supplying or draining device 20 for supplying water to a culture aquarium 10 in which culture fishes 5, 5, etc., are cultured and draining both water and impurities from the culture aquarium 10, a feeding device 40 for supplying a feed to the culture aquarium 10 to accumulate the feed on the bottom of the culture tank 10, and a feed-discharging device 50 for suspending the feed accumulated on the bottom of the culture tank 10 in the water in the culture aquarium 10, wherein the water-supplying or draining device 20 is formed so as to supply water from the bottom of the culture aquarium 10 to the culture aquarium 10 and drain both water and impurities from the upper side of the culture aquarium 10.
