<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute a baseband process without raising a cost required for hardware even in the case of carrying out radio communications with a mobile station device via a radio transmitting and receiving device connected by an optical fiber. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A radio base station apparatus 10 is connected to a radio transmitting and receiving device 20 provided in a sector S obtained by dividing a communication area by an optical fiber 30, and carries out the radio communications via the radio transmitting and receiving device 20 with a handy terminal 40 which is located at each sector S. In this radio base station apparatus, a delay processing part 11 delays a signal for each sector S according to a delay correction value obtained by subtracting a delay amount of each sector S from a maximum delay amount of the delay amount measured for each sector S, and a baseband processing part 13 sets a receiving window at a position corresponding to the maximum delay amount to import the signal from each sector S which is delayed by the delay processing part 11.
