<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving device for a hybrid car that achieves further compactification while eliminating burdens on gears caused by engine rotational fluctuations. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A motor 3 and a generator 4 generating power to be supplied to the motor 3 are respectively offset-arranged with respect to an engine 2 in a direction orthogonal to a shaft extension line A of an output shaft 2a of the engine 2. A flywheel 15 is mounted to the output shaft 2a. The flywheel 15 has an inner ring 16 connected to the output shaft 2a, an outer ring 17 arranged on the inner ring 16 so as to be relatively rotatable therewith and formed with a ring gear 20 at the outer peripheral part, and a damper 18 interposed between the outer ring 17 and the inner ring 16.
