PROCESS FOR PRODUCING ETHANOL FUEL FROM CELLULOSIC RAW MATERIAL

A raw material cellulosic plant such as bamboo or tree is carbonized and fired at a high speed with reduced energy consumption to produce a gas.  The gas is cooled to give a large amount of a hydrocarbon solution serving as a raw material of fuel.  The solution, which is strongly acid, is exposed to magnetic energy and thus decomposed and reformed via physico-chemical reaction caused by the exposure, whereby the solution is rid of viscosity and made basic.  This solution is reformed and refined into a high-quality ethanol fuel by the addition of a small amount of ethanol.
