PURPOSE: A triple port device of a semiconductor memory device is provided to increase operation process capacity of a microprocessor by processing the command including three operands. CONSTITUTION: A first operand processor(510) is driven with an inversed third clock and a first port enable signal. A second operand processor(520) is driven with an inversed fourth clock and a second port enable signal.
