The technical field of the present invention is a compressed-air engine which generates power from compressed air pressure (compressed air molecular kinetic energy). Disclosed is a compressed-air engine which provides, to power-driven mechanical equipment (power generator, automobile, ship, compressor, etc), power generated by rotation of an air turbine by compressed air pressure, wherein a bulkhead which is reciprocatingly mounted in a bulkhead room formed in a main frame is a means for shutting off the compressed air supplied to an air pressure chamber formed in the air turbine, which is rotatably mounted in the inner circumference of the main frame, and thus the compressed air stored in the compressed-air chamber rotates the air turbine, then is stored in an air tank without being discharged to the atmosphere, and thereby the compressed air stored in the air tank is reused.
