<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic clutch capable of effectively reducing impact noise with a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: This electromagnetic clutch 1 has a connecting part 30 and a connecting object part 10 arranged so as to be capable of mutually relatively advancing-retreating, and a switching means 40 for switching the connecting object part 10 and the connecting part 30 to a connecting state of being brought into pressure contact with each other and a mutually separated unconnected state by operating electromagnetic force.
