<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal transfer receptive sheet capable of obtaining a clear image having excellent preservation property, having good peeling property from an ink ribbon at the time of high-speed print and remarkably small in the quality change due to preservation environment after the manufacture. <P>SOLUTION: The thermal transfer receptive sheet includes an image receptive layer containing a dyeing resin on at least one surface of a support and the dyeing resin is cross-linked by an organic titanium chelate compound.
