<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information sharing prevention method preventing information from being shared among users prohibited to share the information. <P>SOLUTION: An initial entry (combination of accounts prohibited to share information) of policy information is set to a prohibition set (S81). According to whether the kind of the accounts of the prohibition set corresponds to individual or organization (S82, S83, S86), individual-individual inspection processing (S84), individual-organization inspection processing (S85), organization-individual inspection processing (S87), or organization-organization inspection processing (S88) is performed. When a result of each inspection processing shows coincidence (S91: YES), a policy information inspection result is set as "prohibited" because the combination of the inspected accounts is recorded in the policy information. When it shows no-coincidence (S91: NO), inspection processing with an entry of the next policy information is performed (S93, S82-S91).
