<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acid transparent gel-like food mixed with a gelling agent comprising polysaccharide, and hyaluronic acid and/or its salt. <P>SOLUTION: This acid transparent gel-like food is mixed with a gelling agent comprising polysaccharide, and 0.01-0.5% of hyaluronic acid and/or its salt, and has a viscosity measurement value with a Bostwick viscosimeter of ≤10 cm at an initial temperature of 20°C. Furthermore, the acid transparent gel-like food is mixed with 6-30% of sugar alcohol (solid conversion), and ≥60 mass pts.wt. of sugar alcohol (solid conversion) based on 1 mass pt.wt. of hyaluronic acid and/or its salt. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
