<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semi-automatic fermented soybean stirrer for sufficiently stirring with less burden of manpower, in view of the present state that when fermented soybeans are stirred by a person, the necessary number of times of stirring is ≥400, but stirring requires labor and is troublesome, so fermented soybeans are not sufficiently stirred and the original taste of fermented soybeans is not relished. <P>SOLUTION: This semi-automatic fermented soybean stirrer with less burden of manpower is obtained by uniting a stirring bar block by a speed reducer in which a driving source of stirring fermented soybeans is united with a DC3 V motor, a mechanism which automatically switches a stirring direction from a clockwise direction to a counterclockwise direction, prevents fermented soybeans from coming up from below, and increases a stirring efficiency, and a timer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
