<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a priority order taking an influence to the whole system constituted of respective facilities into consideration cannot determined as an influence of a trouble occurring in one of the facilities affecting the other facility is not taken into consideration in a prior art, that is, a problem that the priority order cannot specified in conformity with an actual situation as to trouble support in the facility affected by each other. <P>SOLUTION: A priority degree for the trouble support is settled using predetermined significance and priority calculated according to a connection situation using a connection relation between the facilities as a unit. In detail, the mutual degrees of significance of the facilities are compared when it is required to cope with the plurality of facilities at the same timing, an operation situation of a line (with other facility) and/or a connection relation (the presence of held connection to some facilities) is detected when they are consistent with each other, and the priority is specified (calculated) based thereon. In particular, the significance of a connection relation having a redundant constitution as to a line is positioned in the highest rank, operation incapability in each line or operation incapability in one part thereof is detected to position the priority of the operation incapability in each line in the highest rank. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
