<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cogging torque measurement method capable of improving productivity of a motor by enabling confirmation of a magnetic balance at an early step. <P>SOLUTION: A magnet rotor 15 used as a test body is connected to the tip of a rotating shaft 3 and is arranged inside a magnetic field device 13, to thereby form a pseudo-motor 16, having a similar constitution to a finished product. Then, the permanent magnet rotor 15 connected to the rotating shaft 3 is rotated and driven by a driving motor 4, the magnetic field device 13 is energized so that the magnetic field formed by the magnetic field device 13 is non-rotating. Thereafter, a cogging torque is measured, by analyzing a torque characteristic (torque waveform) Td shown in a torque detection signal St which is outputted from a torque sensor 2, when the permanent magnet type rotor 15 is rotated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
