<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image decoding and displaying device capable of easily and visually recognizing on which screen an event is generated when the plurality of events to be watched are generated simultaneously when simultaneously displaying and monitoring images obtained from a plurality of imaging apparatus on one display terminal. <P>SOLUTION: Two or more kinds of image data of different image qualities are decoded in a decoder 102 and preserved in a memory 103. An area of interest generation part 104 generates an area under consideration by movement information during decoding and information set from an area-under-consideration outside setting part 108, and an area-under-consideration composition part 105 selects one of the two or more kinds of image data present in the memory 103 when the area under consideration is present, segments the image pertinent to the area under consideration obtained from the area of interest generation part 104 to prepare an area-under-consideration image, and combines it on the other image data present in the memory 103. A composition part 106 combines the image data outputted from the plurality of memories 103 and the plurality of area-under-consideration composition parts 105 and outputs them to a monitoring monitor 120. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
