PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance operability and reliability of a board-to-board connector in which first-step insertion-coupling guides are arranged at inside ends of a first housing side-wall part, an insular part is arranged in a concave part surrounded by the wall-side part, second-step insertion-coupling guides are arranged on four corners of the first housing, by making an insertion-coupling surface of the side-wall part and that of the insular part to be on the same surface level and a gap between insertion-coupling guides of side-wall parts on both sides to be a prescribed value, enabling to make insertion-coupling work with groping easily, and to complete insertion-coupling work accurately in a short time.
SOLUTION: The first-step insertion-coupling guides are formed at inside ends on an insertion-coupling surface of a side-wall part, and also, second-step insertion-coupling guides are formed outside the first-step insertion-coupling guides on the insertion-coupling surface on both end parts of the side-wall part. The insertion-coupling surface of the side-wall part and that of the insular part are on the same surface level, and a distance from second-step insertion-coupling guides on one of either sides of right and left to a side surface on an opposite side of the insular part is longer than that from an outside surface of a projected strip part on one of either right and left sides to an inside surface of a projected strip part on the other side.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
|
