<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigeration cycle evaluation system that can precisely simulate operations of various refrigeration cycle systems having a drop between indoor and outdoor units. <P>SOLUTION: A simulation apparatus 3 is interposed in connection piping 4 connecting a test outdoor unit 1 and a test indoor unit 2. The simulation apparatus has a density calculation parameter measurement mechanism 5 for measuring a parameter for calculating the density of a refrigerant flowing through the connection piping 3, a head loss calculation mechanism 6 for calculating a head loss caused by a refrigerant movement in a refrigeration cycle to be evaluated from the density calculation parameter measured by the density calculation parameter measurement mechanism 5 and a refrigerant movement drop between indoor and outdoor units of the refrigeration cycle to be evaluated, and a pressure reduction control mechanism 7 for reducing the pressure of the refrigerant flowing through the connection piping 4 so as to create the head loss calculated by the head loss calculation mechanism 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
