PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable user-requesting graphic data to be displayed with better operation response in a server-based computing system. SOLUTION: User-requesting URL information is registered beforehand into a prefetched Web page information registration DB 14b of a server apparatus 10 for every client device 20. The latest Web page according to the registered URL information is periodically prefetched and acquired, and stored in a screen cache data memory 14c in association with ID. The user-requesting Web page acquired in the server 10 is transmitted with the ID to the client device 20 of the corresponding user and stored when determined that a downlink communication state is in a good condition. When the client device 20 issues a graphical event requesting the registered Web page to the server 10, the server 10 simply transmits the ID of the registered Web page to the client device 20 to enable the client device 20 to promptly draw the Web page using the cache data corresponding to the ID.
