<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a constitution of a heat pump type cooling device in a system for performing heating and cooling using the heat pump type cooling device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The air-conditioning system for the vehicle includes the heat pump type cooling device A having a first circulation route 1 circulated with a first coolant; a heating circulation device B having a second circulation route 8 circulated with a second coolant; and a cooling circulation device C having a third circulation route 20 circulated with a third coolant. On the first circulation route 1, a compressor 2, a water-cooling condenser 3 arranged in the second circulation route 8, an expansion means 5, and a water-cooling evaporator 6 arranged in the third circulation route 20 are provided. On the second circulation route 8, a pump 9, a heater core 12 for heating blown air, and a radiator 10 are provided.
