<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of exterior parts of a vehicle body which prevents the exterior parts of the vehicle body such as a high-mount stop lamp from dropping out in assembly work to the vehicle body. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A bracket 27 rotatably configured is arranged on a back surface side (rear surface side) of the high-mount stop lamp 9. When inserting the high-mount stop lamp 9 into a lamp mounting hole 11 of a trunk lid, the bracket 27 is rotated around a rod 23 by abutting to a locking piece 67 fixed to the trunk lid to engage with the trunk lid.
