<p>The present invention relates to methods of providing insurance services, and is intended for use by organizations offering insurance services. The method of invention inclides the steps of: - concluding a voluntary collective social insurance contract between a mutual insurance society acting in favour of its members and an insurance company; - concluding a contract between the insurance company and law enforcement authorities, law firms and security agencies for paid/free legal and security services for insured clients; - a written/oral request from the client to join the mutual insurance society and payment of the membership fee; - issueance of a membership card of the mutual insurance society; - recording the new member of the mutual insurance society into the list of insured clients by signing an additional agreement to the contract between the mutual insurance society and the insurance company, and paying the insurance premium, - issuance of a voluntary insurance policy by the insurance company to the client, - providing the legal/security service by the law firm or security agency to the insured client; - billing the insurance company by the law enforcement authorities and the law/security firm, and subsequent settling of said bill by the insurance company, characterized in that contract murder, kidnapping and/or maiming is specified in the insurance contract as insured risk, and the coverage is paid out to the family of the deceased or victim of a contract murder, kidnapping and/or maiming or to an insured client who assisted the investigation and contributed in identifying the paymaster of an imminent contract murder, kidnapping and/or maiming.</p> |
