<p>Disclosed is a light-emitting element comprising a substrate, a light-emitting layer arranged above the substrate and emitting a primary light, and a reflective film which is composed of at least one layer arranged between the substrate and the light-emitting layer and reflecting the primary light. The light-emitting element is characterized by further comprising a light-dispersing multilayer film which is composed of two or more kinds of light-dispersing layers arranged between the substrate and the reflective film. The light-emitting element is also characterized in that the light-dispersing multilayer film absorbs a secondary light excited by the primary light transmitted through the reflective film by multiply dispersing the secondary light into a plurality of wavelengths.</p>
