<p>A pixel circuit of a display device formed on a transparent insulating circuit has a sensing circuit that photo-senses pixels, and one control line for a sensing operation is formed in the R, G, and B pixel regions of the pixel circuit to improve aperture ratio. The pixel circuit includes a capacitor, a light-receiving element and a discharge unit. By responding to a signal from the control line, the light-receiving element charges the capacitor with primary voltage in forward bias and firstly discharges the primary voltage from the capacitor for an integration period in reverse bias. The discharge unit secondly discharges the first pre-charged voltage of a data line to provide an output node with primary sampling voltage after the integration period. In addition, the discharge unit thirdly discharges the second pre-charged voltage of the data line to supply the secondary sampling voltage to the output node after the second discharging.</p> |
