摘要 <p>Disclosed is a method of manufacturing a thermoelectric device comprising: a laminated body; and a first electrode and second electrode that are electrically connected with the laminated body. The laminated body has a structure constituted by alternate lamination of layers of thermoelectric material and metallic layers. The laminated face of the layers of thermoelectric material and metallic layers is inclined with respect to a prescribed direction. The method of manufacture includes: (A) a step of forming a metallic block (11) having slits (12) that are periodically arranged; (B) a step of filling these slits (12) of the metallic block (11) with a fluid body containing a thermoelectric material; (C) a step of solidifying the fluid body with which these slits (12) are filled; (D) a step of cutting out a laminated body from the metal block that is filled with the thermoelectric material by cutting in such a way that the slit direction of the slits is inclined with respect to the prescribed direction; and (E) a step of sandwiching the laminated body (14) between the first electrode (15) and second electrode (16).</p>
